Operational Excellence can best be described as a program which is targeted at

- Designing best in class process aimed at delivering speed with accuracy
- Data driven analysis to support decision making
- Connecting Operational Risk and Operational Excellence whereby Operational Risk provides insight into areas for improvement and Operational Excellence provides the methodology to deliver that improvement using Lean Six Sigma
A quarterly Operational Excellence Group steering committee meets to review status of the program against planned activities and also to plan for future strategic milestones. This forum is chaired by the Group CEO
A Group wide training program is currently underway aimed at providing staff with the necessary skills to improve and / or redesign our processes and also to develop a continuous improvement mindset across the Group.
