IPSI is regulated by the Financial Regulator
IPSI is authorised pursuant to the European Communities (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2007 (MiFID) to provide the following specified investment services:
- The reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments.
- Foreign Exchange Services where these are connected to the provision of Investment Services.
- Management of portfolios of deposits in accordance with investors discretionary mandates on a client by client basis.
IPSI conforms fully with all IL&P Group compliance requirements
