Legal & General International (Ireland) Ltd (LGII) is a wholly owned subsidiary within the Legal & General Group, which was established in 1836 and is one of the UK's largest life, pensions and investment groups.
LGII is a cross border life assurance company and it has developed a range of open architecture portfolio bond products for the UK market initially. It plans to offer products in other European markets in due course. IPSI provides LGII with a wide range of back office and corporate services.
