AXA MPS Financial Limited, formerly Montepaschi Life Limited, is a life insurance company which is regulated by Irish Law.
It began trading in 1999, under the Freedom of Services provisions of the EU 3rd Life Directive, specialising in Unit Linked and Index Linked investment products. 100% of its share capital is held by AXA MPS Assicurazioni Vita, a joint venture between Monte dei Paschi di Siena banking group and AXA group.
